Use Of The Service
Deepwoken Marketplace is a community trade board and profile service. You may use it only in a lawful way and only for legitimate marketplace, profile, planning, and community purposes connected to the service.
Accounts And Verification
Discord sign-in is used as the primary account identity. Optional Roblox verification is provided to confirm ownership of a Roblox account. You may not impersonate another person, bypass verification flows, or use an account you do not control.
User Content
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of what you post, including forum threads, offers, comments, trade requests, and any generated or scheduled message content entered into the service. Public content may be visible to other users and may be associated with your account identity.
Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the service to scam, harass, impersonate, abuse automation, post unlawful content, interfere with the platform, or violate the rules of Discord, Roblox, or other connected services. We may remove content or restrict access when necessary to protect the platform or its users.
No Marketplace Guarantee
Deepwoken Marketplace only provides tools for listing, discussion, reputation, and account verification. It does not guarantee the success, safety, quality, or completion of any trade or agreement made between users.
Availability And Changes
The service may change, be interrupted, or be removed at any time. Features may be added, modified, rate-limited, or disabled without notice, especially where needed for security, moderation, or infrastructure reasons.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the service, or remove content, when we reasonably believe a user has violated these terms or created risk for the platform or community.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, to the extent allowed by applicable law.
